  •  We offer a 7-day window for return requests starting from the date of delivery.
    Eligibility Requirements
    To qualify for a refund, your item must be:

     Pristine : Unused, unworn, and in original condition.

     Complete : Accompanied by all original tags and packaging.

     Verified : Supported by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

     Exclusions : Items purchased on sale and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

     The Process 
    Initiate: Email kiddyshiddypk@gmail.com . (Do not ship items prior to approval).

     Ship : If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and specific mailing instructions.

     Inspect : Upon arrival, we will verify the item's condition.

     Damages & Discrepancies 
    Please audit your package upon arrival. If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, notify us instantly so we can rectify the error.

     Exchanges 
    For the quickest replacement, initiate a return for your current item and place a new, separate order for the desired product.

     Refund Timeline 
    Once your return is inspected and authorized:

     Payout : Funds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

     Delays : Note that financial institutions may require extra time to post the transaction.
